EASI 846 Inventory Status
Go to the Admin -> System. Select "Notifications". It takes you to the Notifications page.
To add new activity, click on "Add New Activity" button.
Select Category "EASI", Category Type "Outbound via Easi", Activity Name "EASI846", enter time interval in minutes, select customer and save the activity.
This activity will generate EASI-846 automatically after the specified time of interval(in minutes) to send inventory status to the respective customers via ftp.
[2] You can also send EASI-846 via email by adding activity "EASI846Email".
Select Category "EASI", Category Type "Outbound via Email", Activity Name "EASI846Email", enter time interval in minutes, select customer and save the activity. Save email address of event subscriber.
This activity will generate EASI-846 automatically after the specified time of interval(in minutes) to send inventory status to the event subscriber via email.
