Voiding a Shipment

To void a shipment, go to the Billing / Shipping tab on the order and select Void Shipment:



You will be taken to a screen where you select which shipment you want to void:


After you select the shipment, click on Void Shipment to confirm:


If the shipment cannot be voided, you will receive a message indicating why. This is generally because the package has already been picked up by the carrier.
