Manage Existing Task Groups
To manage an existing Task Group, select it from the Task Groups dropdown in the Production Task Manager
.
Once you select a Task Group, you can edit the name of the Task Group, change its Inactive status, and manage the tasks within the group,
To change the name of the Task Group, enter a new name in the Name field. To mark the entire group Inactive (or to make it Active again), check the Inactive box (or uncheck it to make the group active again).
Note: Tasks inside an inactive Task Group will not be shown regardless of their active status. If you make a Task Group inactive, all of the tasks in the group will be inactive as well.
