Assign Resources To Tasks
To manage the production resources assigned to a task, click on the Edit link the the Resources column of the task:
The number shown in parenthesis is the current number of Resources assigned to the Task.
Once you click Edit, a dialog will pop up for you to manage the Resources:
If no resources have yet been assigned to the Task, you will see the message above, otherwise you will see the list of currently assigned resources:
To assign a resource to the Task, select the Resource from the Resource dropdown:
Once you select the Resource, they will be added to the list for the selected Task.
To remove a resource, click the X button next to the Resource. They will be unassigned from the Task. This does not affect any currently scheduled tasks, they will not be shown for future tasks.
