Voiding A Shipment
If you need to void a shipment, select Void Shipment from the list of shipments on the order:
This will take you to a screen where you will select which package you would like to void from the dropdown list of shipments:
Once you have selected a shipment, the Void Shipment button will appear:
If the shipment is able to be voided, you will see a success message:
The shipment will appear with a pink background in the list of shipments with the word VOIDED after the tracking number:
Additionally, the void will be audited in the order history:
If the shipment is not able to be voided, you will receive the following message:
The period in which you can void a shipment that is not in possession of the carrier yet varies by carrier:
The UPS limit is 90 days from creation of the shipment, and it is 7 days for Fedex. Once the shipment is with the carrier, you would have to contact the carrier to cancel.
