Setting Up Events

To manage events, select Event Settings:




You can add new events and modify the options on existing events:

For each event, you can set the event name, the order they appear in lists, the default event length (in minutes), the color of the event on the scheduler, and whether the event uses square footage and zip code to determine available resources for that event.

You can also deactivate events you no longer want to appear on the calendar, and reactivate an event by checking Show Inactive Events and using the Reactivate button on the desired event.
