Notifications
[1] Go to the Admin -> System. Select "Notification". It takes you to the Notification page.
[2] To edit activity, click on click to edit( in grid ). To add new activity, click on "Add New Activity" button.
[3] Select Category, Category Type, Activity Name, enter time interval (in minutes), select customer if
required and save the activity. Add email address of subscriber for category type "Outbound via
Email".
[4] For Category "Magento", go to the Admin -> System -> Default Settings and set the setting values.
[5] For Category " Sageworld ", go to the Admin -> System -> Default Settings and set the setting values.

[1] NewOrder => It is used to send list of all new sales orders to the event subscriber via email .
[2] NewOrderEmail => It is used to send details of new EASI order via email in pdf file format.
[3] SaleOrderUpdGatw => It sends list of open sales orders updated recently ( since last
notification) with a link to the gateway to the event subscriber via email.
[4] SaleOrderUpdated => It sends list of open sales orders updated recently ( since last notification) with
a link to the sales order in Bizops to the event subscriber via email.
[5] SaleOrderAck => It sends list of open sales orders that have been Acknowledged since last
notification to the event subscriber via email.
[6] OrderFulfillments => It sends list of all orders that have been Allocated since last notification to the
event subscriber via email.
[7] DiscountsByUser => It sends list of orders that have had Discounts applied manually by users in the
past 7 days to the event subscriber via email.
[8] ReadyToShip => It send list of all orders which have been completely Auto allocated and are ready to
ship to the event subscriber via email.
[9] AutoPOSubmit => This automatically creates a drop ship PO in LB for EASI orders received and
submits the PO to TO Bizops, so that a new Sales Order is created in TO.
[10] BackOrderEmail => It is used to send Back orders details to the event subscriber via email .
[11] StockCountCSVEmail => It is used to send inventory list ( ProductSKU, ProductDescription,
StockCount ) in csv file format via email to the event subscriber.
[12] GTINStockCSV => It is used to generate inventory list (GTIN, StockCount) in csv file format.
[13] AmazonStockExcel => It is used to send inventory list for amazon products in excel file format via
email to the event subscriber.
[14] NewInvoiceEmail => It is used to send details of new invoice via email with pdf file. Invoice should
be synced with Peachtree.
[15] ErrorCheck => It is used to send error list of notification to the subscriber via email.
[16] NewInvoice => It is used to send invoice details to the event subscriber via email with pdf file when we generate EASI 810.
[17] NewASN => It is used to send asn details to the event subscriber via email with pdf file when we
generate ASN.
[18] Auto997 => This automatically generates EASI-997.
[19] EASI870 => It is used to generate EASI-870 for the respective customer.
[20] EASI846 => It is used to generate EASI-846 for the respective customer.
[21] EASI846Email => It is used to send EASI-846 via email to the event subscriber.
[22] AutoEasiDropShip810 => It is used to generate EASI-810 for finalized invoice of EASI drop ship
orders.
[23] PushMagentoProduct => It is used to add Bizops products to Magento website.
[24] UpdateMagentoProduct => This automatically updates magento products according to the Bizops
products.
[25] UpdateMagentoPricing => It is used to update magento product's unit price according to profile
price of Bizop's "MagentoPrice" profile.
[26] PullMagentoOrders => It is used to add magento orders in Bizops system.
[27] UpdateMagentoInventory => It is used to update inventory values on Magento website according to
Bizops inventory values.
[28] PushMagentoShipment => It is used to sync shipment from Bizops to Magento website.
[29] PullMagentoCreditMemo => It is used to sync credit memos from Magento website to Bizops.
[30] PullMagentoInventory => It is used to fetch Inventory values from Magento website and save it in
Bizops.
[31] SageWorldPushInventory => It is used to update Sage World Inventory values according to Bizops
inventory values.
