Adding Products To The Order / Quote

To add a product to the order/quote, start typing part of the SKU or title of the product. Matching products will be shown after you type 2 letters. Click/tap on the desired product in the search results.



You can also use the Browse option:






You can filter the products by selecting a catalog and category, and you can search here as well.




 Depending on the type of product (custom or standard), you will then be taken to the custom product options for a custom product or to a box with quantity and price for a standard product (along with the option to add a note).

 Enter the custom options or the product quantity, adjust the price if necessary, and click Save to update the line item.


When the SKU you select is set up as a custom product, customization options appear for you to enter each aspect of the custom product. On a desktop screen, the options will appear in the left column, and on a mobile screen, there will be a dropdown of options to select from.



Once you select an option and enter the details for that option, it is added to the order and you are taken to the next option in sequence. Depending on the type of customization option, you will have options such as searching for a SKU, checking multiple options or entering notes. You can also edit existing options after you've added them by clicking the Edit icon next to the line item and selecting the customization option you want to change.You can also click on the name of the customization option (such as Color) to edit the existing option.


To add another line item to the order/quote, click the Add New Line button at the bottom of the screen. This will take up to the SKU box to search for another SKU.
